What Is Your Policy For In Store And Online Purchases?

Strictly NO CASH or CARD REFUNDS as we are a reseller store(Meaning we buy products in a lesser quantity for our customers and we sell goods to make a profit on the products we sell with a markup price.

Our exchange period is 7 days after the purchase date, and can be exchanged only once.

We do not issue cash refunds but we give store credit note depending on the conditions of our product. Please note that we issue a refund only if the item you ordered is out of stock and we can no longer fulfill it. For accessories and figures, all sales are final and there will be no refund or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that authenticity sevenmiles tags or stickers must be intact. If removed, the item will not comply with our exchange policy and will not be accepted.

If your return is not accepted you will be liable to pay for a shipping label to have the item sent back to you.

All orders are final and there will be no exchange or refund . In an unlikely event if the shipment you have received is in a damaged condition or defective, please reach out to us at info@sevenmilesdxb.com.

Products purchased under any promotional offer or discounted scheme cannot be exchanged.

Cancellation:

Our fulfillment process begins immediately after an order is received, so we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests. All confirmed orders will be subject to our standard return policy. In the event that an item becomes unavailable, Seven Miles reserves the right to cancel your order or items within your order at any time. We will provide a full refund, back to your original form of payment. You will be notified via email or call of any orders or items we cannot fulfill and have refunded.

Shipping Policy

Please note that once your order is confirmed, we are unable to amend the delivery address or method, or any details within your order, such as product, number of products, size, colour.

A signature might be required on delivery, and someone else can sign for the package if necessary.

If you are not home to receive the delivery, our courier will re-attempt delivery on the next working day.

Same day deliveries must be placed before 6pm, and within Dubai only.

International orders will take up to 72 hours (subject to your local customs). We ship exclusively through DHL Express. If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at the checkout or at the time of the delivery. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or other fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment.

If you are local to one of our stores, you are welcome to place an order for collection. To do this, please select the ‘Pick Up’ delivery method when checking out.

To collect your order from a store, you will be required to show: Confirmation email, official photo ID (passport or driving licence) and sometimes payment card used for the order
